We're almost ready to start the data migration. It will take a while, though, and we'll need to test it online ourselves. Getting close! Scott will have more migration details when it's ready for you.Good news: the Google App Engine team did some digging and uncovered the issue that's been causing the site to be slow. Bad news: it won't be an easy fix. Expect the slowness to continue (on-and-off) for a couple weeks until I can crush it.
